Caller Display Query

Query:
We have acquired a Norstar Compact Plus phone system used at a small branch office, the system works fine, but Caller Display does not work. I suspect this is because an older analogue card is installed (NTBB30-AF), and I think caller display only workson the NTBB30-AA card. Assuming this is the case, can you provide the cardplease and if so, what is the cost? (Supply only). I'd appreciate confirmation that this card is required for Caller Display to work too!

I'm not familiar with that NT number. A standard trunk card should be NT7B75GA. Older caller ID cards were NT5B41. I think the newer caller ID cards are NT7B75AA. If the card is caller ID capable it will have CI printed near the top face of the trunk card. Cost should be around $225 to $325 depending on whether you buy new or refurbished.
