Caller Display on the Hipath 3350 with optipoint 500 phones

Hello all

Looking for some help on setting up a Siemens Hipath 3350 with optipoint 500 telephones

Cannot seem to get the caller display to work
has anyone had the same problem?

Are the outside connections PSTN/Analog or ISDN

We are using an analog line and a TLA2 card
and think we are running on version 4

check station view for that ext in activated features and flag status.
check your outside line has CLI activated

I have CLI activated on the line as when I plug a phone direct into the main socket the callers number shows
in station view I can see a box on the top (CLIP/LIN) between call number and direct inwards, but this is faded out??

Please check does V4 support CLI? I Think no.
