Caller Display & Speed Dials

Can someone point me in the right direction before I call my service provider?

We have caller display enabled, as the callers number appears on the phone and we also have the caller in our speed dial list. The display is set to 'name' and the person name has been entered.

But when that person calls, the number still appears and not the name!

The CLID match length is set to 8, which should be fine, but it still doesn't work!

Any ideas?

Sorry... gave up and called my trusty installation guy and he gave me the answer straight away.

In 'Active Sets', under 'Capabilities and Preferences' the first display has be to be set to 'Name'.

Thanks anyway.
