Ive run into a situation whereby a caller can dial 9 and get return dial tone from a caller app. (Menu + Extension). This customer needs to dial extensions that do not have voice mail boxes. Im trying to find a way to stop the return dial tone with out stopping them from tranfering to extension that do not have mailboxes. I also do not not want to do something that messes up FindMe Call Me.

This is a R4. Qsig integration. MSS backend. I also have another customer with a exchange backend R3.1 that is doing the same thing.
