Caller Apps in MM 3.1

I am moving to rel 3.1 I have caller apps built and need to know if I need to convert them. Someone told me that the standard bulletin board and such are included in this release. Can some one point me to some Documentation on Caller apps in 3.1

There is a Caller Application section of the 3.1 Administration Guide. I would look in there, but there is no true "bulletin board" style option for MM's Caller Apps. Depending on what you are trying to do there may be something similar you can do with caller apps, but not exactly like your traditional voicemail system.
