Caller Apps (don't Ya Love Em)

Can someone point me in the direction on how to get a Caller App to "If You Know Your Party's Extension You can dial it at any time" I know hot to do it in Audix and Octel but these caller apps got me confused.

Well you would add a caller app and make it a menu with the option of menu with extension.

Then of course you will need to record the greeting and that is it.
