Caller Application transferring and how to stop?

I have created a Caller Application that does the following:

Dial 50909 and it goes directly to voicemail.
From there:

Press 1 and it transfers to extension 51122 which has NO voicemail

Press 2 and it transfers to extension 54455 which DOES have voicemail.

If you press 1 and nobody answers the phone after 6-7 rings, Modular Messaging indicates nobody is answering and then says "Press 3 for assistance." If you press 3, it automatically transfers to zero (our PBX Operators), which is the default operator extension for MM.

If you press 2 and nobody answers, the system says you can press 2 to leave a voicemail message or 3 for assistance. If you press 3, it rings to the personal operator for the mailbox on 54455, which is 58899.

Is it possible at all that when you transfer to an extension via Caller Application that has NO voicemail and nobody answers, that the system will simply say nobody is there and hang up, rather than giving the option to press 3 for assistance? People calling this application who select 1 and then press 3 after nobody answers the initial extension are asking questions that our PBX operators would not know anything about.

Thank you!
