I have a customer that has an autodialer that calls some of their customers who are late on payment. It then plays them a recorded message. They would like the called party on the other end of the autodialer to be able to be transferred to the operator on the IP Office to pay their bill if they hit a 0, or some DTMF sequence. Is this possible? I cannot think of a way, but wanted to run it past you guys. If you don't understand, let me know and I will try to clarify.

IP Office 500 4.2
Voicemail Pro

Thanks!

The autodialer has taken control of the call here by the sounds of things (probably via TAPI) and so any config would need to be done there I imagine :)

I would think this could be done if the autodialer transfers the calls after playing the message to a menu and let's people press the buttons from there.
IT would then also need to mention that the dialer will transfer at the end of the message to a menu from where people can then pick how to proceed from there.
But all depends if the auto dialer can actually transfer calls after establishing the call and playing the recording.

If you can't be good, be good at it!

That was my initial impression as well, that it should be something built into the auto-dialer, but they tell me it can't. I wasn't sure if there would be some weird VMPro thing I could somehow route something through or not.
