Called Part Number

We recently switch telco providers. :-(

We are having some issue completing some calls, after working with them they said our Called Party Number is in the incorrect format. It is only sending 7 digits, Our Calling Party Number is correct.

How do I change the Called Party Number? I can not find that anywhere.
Is this also part of the CLID tables?
 
I'm guessing they are saying your call type is not appropriate. They may be seeing it as unknown, private, or some other format. In the past I have had to make a change in BARS and change the call type on local 7 digit calls to national. There should be something they can change on their end also.
 
Yes, we had that part going on as well, that was the Calling Party Number end of it, now they are saying the Called Party Number is wrong.

This worked fine when we were with AT&T, now TDS will not accept those calls.
