We have a CS1Km that has AACC and a CS1Ke that is connected via System/session Manager using SIP trunks. We also have other CS1km PBXs that are connected to the CS1Km that has the ACD and AACC with PRIs. All of the PBXs are running rel 7.5 software and their patching is current. So if the ACD set calls any set on its PBX or any of the PRI connected PBXs the called name displays on the ACD set as soon as the call is made. If the call is to a set on the PBX connected via the SIP trunks and the System/Session Manager the name does not display until the called party answers the call. Finally if any set in our network calls the ACD set there is no problem with the name display. It would appear as though the issue is either with the SIP trunks or the Session Manager. Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem is?

I'm thinking its a setting in the RCAP on the virtual d-channel. Or it could be in the adaptation setting in session manager. I'm not very familiar with session manager but I have seen the adaptations screen for the CS1K.

Another possibility is that the sets have CLS ADD. ADD will not show an outside incoming call until answered. Set CLS to TDD, the name display should show as the call comes in.

Just though of this as I closed. If the set has DN's of other sets that appear on it as well, calls to the other sets will appear as well, so just keep that in mind. You may not want to see the other sets clid when they receive calls. I hope I haven't confused the issue to much.
