CallCenterWorx Licensing

We have a CallCenterWorx ACD 2.0-178 system.

Licensing is shown as 10 positions. Licensing appears to be using a parallel port dongle.

I believe this means only 10 phones can be registered with the ACD system. We would like to have at least a couple more phones available - even though they do not all need to be logged in simultaneously.

Is replacing the dongle with a version with more licenses the only way to get more positions available?

(if so - anyone know where I can get one!?)

Without a larger key you cannot add any more positions. Version 2.x is very old and finding a larger key may be next to impossible.
