CallCenterWorx ACD

Hey Everyone,

I currently have callcenterworx acd enterprise installed on my imx2400. We currently have 25 licenses and have 25 positions utilizing these licenses. Is there anyway to sqeeze out one more position without purchasing another 25pack for about 12 grand?? We only need 2 more licenses not 25 and we dont have the budget to spend 12 grand on new licenses.

ANy help would be appreciated!

I would check into ordering a smaller upgrade, I have CCWX systems with only 10 agents. NEC may be able to set you up with a security key with 30 agents.

I am unsure of the Enterprise version, but in the 2.XX release of CCWorx Business for the 2000 the licensing was only in certain increments. However, in the 3.0 release there is seat be seat licensing that does not require a new key. It is simply a software key that is added to enable a new agent position. I may be cheaper for you to upgrade to 3.XX and add the new agent. You would need to check with your dealer for pricing.
