I'm trying to get users access to CallCenter reports. Through trial and error I found it only works with IE on the actual webserver. Other locations give me a window with an X and no report. I assume I need to install some active x controls on users' computers, but I can't find any mention of it. I don't want to deploy ReportingForCallCenter.exe to al these users. Is there a better way to get the Active x controls?

thanks in advance

You need the Crystal Reports Active X viewer.

1. On the Web Host PC in \Program Files\Common Files\CrystalDecisions\2.0crystalreportviewers\ActiveXViewer\en locate the file npviewer.exe.
Copy npviewer.exe to the Client PC.
2. To install the ActiveX Viewer, double-click on the npviewer.exe file on the Client PC.

That should do ya!
