CallCenter 6.0 agent desktop display

We just upgraded Symposium to the new CallCenter 6.0 and am wondering how to get the (ADD) Agent Desktop Display window to work on this new package.

Anyone experienced this yet ??

You should refer to the Installation and Maintenance documentation for CCMA. The major issues are:
1) enabling multicast signaling over your LAN
2) installing the ADD applet on each agent desktop PC.
