Hello,
I have a private 911 center (think college, airport, etc) that gets its service from a Siemens HiPath 4000, v6. Our 911 software provider connects to the USB port on the back of the dispatcher phone to provide a tapi connection for their software. This TAPI driver worked well for Windows 7; however, I'm being told by the 911 software provider that a similar driver does not exist for Windows 10. They are stating that the Callbridge Collection v.2 driver that can run on Win 10 can only support one line on the phone - which doesnt work too well in an emergency response center. They stated Unify is currently developing a new CSTA based driver that will support multiple lines for the OpenScape (HiPath) but that has been over a year now.
Is there a Windows 10 TAPI driver that will work with the HiPath 4000 that allows multiple lines?
Thank you!
