Ive just setup a 6160 intelligent queue callback port and it just doesnt do anything. The status of the port is idle, and Ive configured the following forms according to the manual, assigned a callback port, put it into a port group, defined caller message plans, defined agent message plans, setup the callback plan condition, agent options and callback parameters. All I get is the port status as idle and nothing else, Ive setup all class of service options in the 3300 according the manual. Is there anything Im missing out here ? Or has anybody experienced a similar problem ?

The callback port is only used to make outing calls to the customers, once they have left the callback.

For the customers to leave a callback your ports should be set up as messaging, which points to a call flow which is connected to a callback plan.

After this programming this is in place it should work.

Ok Thanks for your help mitel100. The Port is now answering saying "pls enter the telephone number where you can be reached followed by the hash sign" but when i enter any digits, the system doesnt recognise the dtmf tones. The IQ is on the same subnet as the 3300, as I am aware that IQ doesnt recognise dtmf tones across different subnets. Anything else I could try here ?
