Callback message from Embedded Vmail Pilot

Does anyone know how to get rid of callback messages left by the voicemail pilot (hunt group).

I have a couple customers who seem to enjoy continual callback messages from them.

I wish Mitel would give us the option to globally turn off that stupid feature...nobody uses it.

I just realized I forgot to provide details...

System is MCD 4.1, all phones are 5330's

Callback messages from voicemail would show up as Message Waiting if your voicemail is configured correctly.

Possibly it is the user setting the callback against the VM?
