Callback is sending the call to reception (Not to the last number dialed)

Hello all,

I have been doing test calls about callback, when I dial the number and then I use the callback button, the system is not sending the call to the last dialed number, but to the reception.

I have checked everything and I have not been able to find any issue in the phone system.

Do you know how to solve the issue?
