Callback Escalations! Again

I need a solution to age old problem of callbacks! The customer had this working on a Seltek VM with INDeX. Salesman promised it would work, of course it doesn't! I managed to achieve it - almost, by starting a callback to a shortcode which hit the VMPro again. DTMF's would then be sent to itself to action the callback and record the message to a whisper action. The escalation would then be done using the busy/no answer next actions command to call virtual users which were forwarded to mobiles. The only problem with this is that because the initial callback to VMPro is effectivley onhold at the VM for the duration of the callback, it disconnects the call after 5 mins :-(

So near yet soo far.

Basically what I am looking for now is an external IVR of some sort that will do this for me. Anybody got any suggestions? It needs to be able to deliver the message to mobiles and either accepted and the escalation ends or rejected and it continues.....

Going to browse the net for applications to do this, but if anybody has a similar application that they know works, please let me know.
