Callback email in Unicenter 6.0

Hi,
I want the assignee to receive an email or a popup on the screen when it is time for him to call the client. I have enabled the initial callback email but am finding it difficult to set the conditions to send out an email (or a pop up) when it is time to call the person back.

Any help will be appreciated.

Sorry I should have mentioned this earlier but I am requesting help on Unicenter ServicePlus Service Desk ver 6.0.
