this might be an easy one. Using the internal Call table for Call records. Showing that the disposition code is a 3 but also showing an agent answered. Is this possible? is it that the call RONA'd/
I am not accustomed to call_rec tables, in my past life we used the ECHI...so there are some things I am seeing that are a little different. Any help very much appreciated!
