After upgrade a MxOne from 5.0 to 7.3 Sp1, the call list is not working in generic extensions (external destination or intenal answer position), in other extensions (analog or digital) is working fine.
The CSP in use: Cdiv is 11100000000003, Traf 1103151515, Serv 2131330110000000000000000003 (i can´t see something that does not allow the diversion).
This call list was working fine in the previous version.
The old configuration was charged by pcregen.

Can anyone assist me?

check old conf from print pc regen and do it manaually to new sp

Hi inlsp05,
An extension profile (CSP), some generic extensions (and their call lists) were manually deleted and created (in the new release) for check it(at least over 5 generic extensions and their call_lists).
For example, the analog extension (5561) call list is working ok, and the same number, created like a generic extension (5661) and the same answer position don´t work.
The same number (5661) created like a abreviated number (ac) when the answer position in the call list, is now the "TRA" in the AC, it also works fine.

I'm lost.
:)

Thank you so much for your help!

Hi
I thing you need to assign virtual extension licens to the generic:
extension –c –d x --virtual yes

Hi Mundus, thank you so much for tour help.
I'll do it.

:)

Hi Mundus,
The problem was resolved with "extension –c –d x --virtual yes"

Thank you so much for tour help!!!

I had a similar issue. There was a typo made when the credentials were entered in the Azure Resource Manager template interface fixes. Can't believe that I just started working on a bot and I made typo errors. I might need to follow these forums to keep up with my chatbot development services. Especially, because I have to integrate sentiment analysis and ML. I'm not much proficient in ML as well. Please let me know if there are any machine learning forums that I can follow. Also, NLP forums as well. Thanks
