Customer has a MICS w/4.1 software and is using a Call Xpress voice mail system. The Call Xpress has a feature which allows the users to make outgoing calls while in their mailbox, as well as a "live reply" feature which allows the user to press a button during a message playback and dial the person who left the message. The customer is being told by the Call Xpress vendor that "since the Norstar cannot do trunk to trunk transfers that these features will not work". Don't understand this answer since it's my understanding that the Norstar does handle trunk to transfers. Wondering if anyone has come across this before.
