Call work codes 1

Hi All,

I have two questions relating to call work codes I wondered whether you could help me with..

1. Can call work codes be used for outbound calls?
2. Is there a way if agents forget to enter the code during the call they won't be put in available until they do?

1. The work code is to be used for the ACD calls.
2. If the agent logs in the manual in mode, you can control it by making skill(hunt group) as forced entry of CWC(on page-2) as yes. This would ensure agent doesn't come in man-in unless the CWC is entered..
