call waitng using athe flash button

I have a STS System that I want to use call waitng using the flash button . I have called Vodavi on this .I have changed the flash timer on that trunk. I can only flash over to the incomming call waitng , but when I try to flash back the original caller is gone.

If the flash works to answer the call waiting, I'd say the phone system is OK. Set a test up to try - just to make sure the first caller isn't hanging up. You could also set up outside of the key system to verify that the telco is OK.

I have already tried, it works from my butt set. I have tried messing with the flash timer settings as well.
