call waiting

i have a customer that has a 3300 mxe mcd 4.1. is there anyway to alert an analolg user if the have a call coming in while they are on the phone. it would be like a call waiting feature. right now it goes to voicemail if they are busy.

Busy routing and Call waiting are mutually exclusive.

Remove busy routing and you will have call waiting but the call won't go to VM.
