Call Waiting

Is it possible to disable the call waiting function?

When I say Call Waiting I mean when your on the phone and someone calls you and it comes up Call Waiting.

Call waiting is disabled in the calling device COS. If the calling device (Typically the Trunk) has the Auto Camp-on timer set to 0(Zero) the caller will hear busy tone.

I had a look at our COS for the calling device (64) and the Auto Camp-on timer is already set to zero. I also checked the COS for the device that it is ringing on and that is set to zero.

Any ideas?

When all else fails, read the manual

Enter the length of time while listening to busy tone before system performs an auto camp-on to the busy line. Values range from 0 to 30 seconds. A blank field turns the timer off and provides busy tone to a caller when calling a busy extension.
