On a lot of places in the documentary it’s strongly recommended for the 4602 to program the two buttons as call appearance.
But in that case the busy on hold is overridden.
What happenexperiences the user if I remove the default programmed call appearance. They want to receive just one call at the time and put the second caller to the busy signal.

psmit,
what you will loose if you remove the second appearence is the ability to transfer/conference. IPO needs the second appearence to perform those functions.

Probably I stated my question wrong, what experiences the user if I remove all call appearance buttons, in wich case the busy on hold can be activated. Is the user able to operate the phone as ormal?

Busy on hold CAN be activated with apperance keys it is just that Avaya & the Manager app recomend that it is disabled otherwise it stops calls from reaching the 2nd & 3rd Aperance keys (which is what you want, so ignore the warning from manager & turn on Busy on hold)
