I can not find any detailed information on CWTH in an ACD queue. Can anybody explain how it effects the queue.
 
ITS THE NUMBER OF CALLS WAITING IN QUEUE BEFORE THE CALL WAITING LAMP IS ACTIVATED.

Look in the alphabetized section of LD 23 for the prompt. Also, if you have an ACD manual all the prompts are there. As phonedude mentioned above, it is the number of calls waiting in queue before the lamp call waiting lamp on the agents phones start to light. The default is usually 1 call waiting.
