Call Waiting Swap on Analog Phone

So basically I have the call Waiting tone working fine, but it appears it breaks the forward to voicemail is you enable the call waiting Swap feature, has anyone encountered this?

Scenario - analog user on a call, second call comes in and I hear the beep but the call never forwards to voicemail, it just beeps forever.

I'm gonna guess, based on basic telephony principles, that analog or SIP phones will do that no matter what, because you don't have appearance keys on those, only call waiting.

You will also find that it prevents conferencing.

If you forward to a voicemail of buys. It would immediately go to voicemail when you are on a call which would give you no opportunity to answer the call. If you hear the beep it is camping on and therefore will not be forwarding. Can't have both unfortunately.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.
