Call waiting Sound

Hi, Im new to this board, so let me say hi (second time) first.

We have been using this system for quite a while now.
But we used to have a little sound that contacted us if there was a call waiting.

This sound has been removed. We cant find a way to activate this sound again.

I think its a Windows system sound. But we cant figure out which one it is.

Is there someone here that can tell us what option to select?

what version of Symposium are you using? Does the calls get forced into agents?

Audible Reminder of Held Calls
Receive "buzz tone" every X seconds to remind user that call is on hold. Also reminds user that Conference/Transfer was mishandled - call was never transferred
