Call Waiting... or whatever you call it

I have T7316E phones throughout the office, programmed with 2 Intercom keys. When a user is on the phone and someone else calls, it just beeps and shows who's calling. Is there a way that the user can put the first call on hold and pickup the second using the 2 Intercom keys?

Yes put the call on HOLD and hit the other Intercom key.

Well, I should have mentioned that the incoming caller is immediately put to voicemail if the recipient is on the phone.
