call waiting on caller ID set don't work

I have a F9600XL Rel 15, on slt's the call waiting works fine, on caller id phone you hear the beep flash hook and get the next call, but if you try to go back to the 1st caller you can't get him and you lose the 2nd call. I have another switch F9600Xl rel 14 no problem. I've copied the SVP's from it still no worky.
