call waiting notification

Hi All

i want to ask if there is any configuration can be done to give notification tone to the callers if they are on the waiting, so they will know that i have a call

There is not a feature in the PBX that will accomplish that for a station. However, if the call is transferred by an attendant, they can tell they are "Camping on" to you.
