The client is complaining that there is no call waiting tone when a second call comes in to their extension.
KX-TD1232 with a TVA50 VM and auto attendant.
The AA message plays, you press "1" for sales (one extesion - 104) and if the user is on the phone, the system immediately says "This extension is busy. Press # to hold . . ."
The client woudl like the system to signal the user that a call is waiting and then after a short time, go to the users vm box.
What is set wrong?
Everything works fine if no one is on the extension - it rings 4 times and then goes to the vm box.
