Call waiting issue for SIP softphone

IPO500v2, 6.1. Softphone6.1

It seems like I can´t get around the issue of phonecalls getting through to a softphone when there is already a call in progress. I've tried the reserve last CA and only two CA buttons (although the softphone don´t seem to use them). And as I understand it turning off "call waiting on" is not an option since you can´t transfer without it?

Any thoughts about this..?

just turn call waiting off.....

sagbab - you are correct, you can not transfer a call from the Softphone if not Call Waiting is on.

There is a New Feature Request made to Avaya about this.
