Hi,
Here is the situation. On a customer site we have an IP office 416 running v6.
They have a analog handset (100) which answers all incoming calls. (i know
There is this fire security dialer (550) that dials 100 if any alarm has been generated and plays a message.
They want a notification on 100 during a call when 550 is calling by hearing a beep (call queued) or by intruding the conversation.
'Call queued' opens this option for all calls. Only 550 should be able to notify 100 during a call.
Any possibilities?
