Call Waiting information

I have a customer who recently installed Caller ID. We have the Enhanced service offering from our local telephone comapny . This offering along with the call waiting feature provides caller information on calls to your line received while you are on the telephone on another call. Is there anyway to have the telephone number of the additional caller displayed on the telephone, while still on the orginal call? We are using M7310 telephones.

call waiting must be replaced with hunt groups when working in a PBX environment ...

suppose u have 5 lines in a hunt group, anyone calling the main number can come in on any of 5 lines ...
 
The telco feature in question I believe is known as visual call waiting it is not supported by the Norstar.
If you are looking for standard CLID support refer to senk1s post.
Hunt groups are known to telcos as the equivalency groups or vert groups.
Essentially it is a forward on busy feature involving many analog lines.
