Call Waiting from the LEC 2

Isn't there some way to put a flash button on sets to accept call waiting on the CO Lines? I find no mention of a feature code, but I found one display of a flash key on a set diagram.

It is a MICS version 30ARE05 NAT and I am trying to put the buttons on 7310 sets.

NT calls it a LINK (RECALL) button.
