Call Waiting for Idle agent in contact center client Monitoring Mitel

please let me know, why there is call waiting in the following scenario?
There are 6 idle agents without any incoming call in a company. A costumer call to this company and I monitor agent by queue in contact center client. call waits for two seconds then go to the agent.
why the call waiting happen? how can I solve this problem?

Devils advocate, who is going to notice 2 seconds? (assuming what you say is true)

Also assuming what you say is true, I would further assume that the system requires some setup time to properly log the call for reporting purposes.

screenshot isn't great , looks more like call is waiting for 1 min 2 seconds

looks to be an old version of CCM
if its really a 2 second delay , probably better to spend your time worrying about something else .


If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
