Call waiting Caller ID 1

This is driving me nuts, option 11, while on a call a second call comes in on my other DN on another key, i want to see the caller id of the waiting call before picking up, was convinced it was CNIA, but obviously not, any pointers anyone? currently setup as follows.

Try adding TDD to the cls. I know it works for the 81.

Maybe I have a small advantage working for Australians. "Spot On" means "exactly right"- or maybe more modern day "Righteous, Dude" or "You da Man".
