Hi,
I am hoping this is simple...
LDK-100/Aria 130 - Only PRISDN CO incoming lines and mix of digital and analog handsets
Our receptionist uses a headset on a 7024 reception phone and we've added a 48 button DSS console. Before the DSS console was added the reception headset would beep with incoming calls, so if the receptionist was on a call, or away from the desk, the headset beeped to say a call was there (like call waiting tone).
It seems after adding the DSS console this has stopped and there is no audible indication another call is inbound.
Is there a setting in the system programming or the handset programming that sets this feature on/off?
