call waiting and disa settings 1

Hi,
Am working on a panasonic ns500 and i want to configure call waiting such that when the operator is on a call and a second call comes in,there will be an indication to notify the user of an incoming call so that the caller will not get a busy tone.
Secondly when an external caller is greeted by the disa to dial an extension directly,the system will automatically call the extension without going through the operator.
