call waiting analog 1

have tried to set up a standard analog extension with call waiting works ok but not call waiting.
System BC10 up to date service packs
using EXTEI:------serv=00021106--- does not work any ideas thanks Guys

Your setting of the SERV: D1D2D3D4D5D6D7D8 = 00021106

D3D4 = 02 = Open for intrusion and reception of call waiting tone from another party.

D7D8 = 06 = Reception of call waiting tone from antother extension, PABX operator and external line permitted.

If you also want to initiate Call waiting from this extension you should change this setting to:

D7D8 = 07 = Reception of call waiting tone from antother extension, PABX operator and external line permitted (06) & permitted to initiate transmission of call waiting (01).

Just make three extensions with SERV = xx02xx07 and you will see it work.
