in the user guide tell

Placing a call on hold
======================

Use the Hold feature when talking on one line and another call arrives on
a second line. Retain the original call by putting it on hold and then
answer the second call.

and some users want the call wait for this type of ip phone but i don´t get setup this, can you help me to active this feature?

You still have to have a second button on your set for CWT to roll in on digital TDM. Its really a waste of time. Its a non functional button until a call rolls in on it. Tell your users they need a second extension. If they dont like to scr arrangement give them mcr and use the same dn twice.

sch0361 is a key out of range indication. Not a feature rejection. Have you tried adding something else to key 1.
Try adding this feature on a digital set or another IP phone. It looks as if your correct on your entry but the switch does not like it. Here is one of my switches, no problems what so ever. Your prereqs in cls are ok. Make sure your tty is set correctly. Ive seen the wrong emulation
or baud setup 8,1,n, verses 7,1,E send bad info and cause these problems. Could be a switch dep issue or set FW. but that does not jump out as the problem right now.

Boy I missed that one sorry but you have a i2001 you can only add 1 line to it and thats it.
