CCM 6.1 with IPCC (CRS) 5.0
All sites have POTs lines connecting to their GW.
All inbound calls are sent to the same CTI route point via connection-plar.

I have a need to monitor site specific inbound call volume.
Is there any way to do this?
I dont need many details, just need to be able to say site A had 60 calls come in while site C only had 15.

Any info is appreciated.

the CDR records should be able to tell you that. and speaking of call accounting, does anyone use anything besides the CDR records...they really arent very good. I have been looking at this software,


had a webex last week and thought it looked very good.

I think I found it under Gateway Summary and/or Detail.
