Call Volume Reporting

My manager wants call volume reports from the Cisco CallManager 4.1(2). Cisco already provides this information in a daily report under the "Serviceability Reports Archive". However, it's in PDF format. Is there a way to extract the call volume information in raw number form so it can be placed in an Excel spreadsheet?
