Question - in what situation would our mulit-site NIQ call center have a Call_type of 14, with a Disposition of 6. When looking at the track number, it seems that the resulting call record is a Call_type 15, with a disposition of 4 or 5. What is odd about this is that when looking at Call_type 14's the majority of them are as described above. The second largest category of Call_type 14's, have dispositions of 4 or 5, and have a realted call_type 2, tran_type 4, and disp 4 or 5. We can figure out what these Disp 6, when the Call Type is 14 are? Help!

A call type 14 is a call record generated by an announced call transfer using pound 8 from an agent to a CCT.. With dispostion 6 means the call was handled by a trunk used to routes calls to another system.
