I've been asked to see if it's possible to transfer a customer to a third party but rather than the customer hearing the music on hold whilst the call connects, the line stays open allowing the agent and the 1st customer to talk whilst the call connects to the third party.
The only thing i can think of is conference facilty but even then the customer hears hold music till the thrid party is conferenced in.
