Call transfers to external number

What is the best way to permit external call transfers. Meridian 1

check your parameters in cust data block ld 21 for printing
and 15 for programming. check opt. "cff" and " cfo"
c if that works for you

CFO = callforward using the originating trunks NCOS

I don't know what to do with these codes. Do I put them in the CLS line in OTM of the phone that needs to be able to transfer out?

LD 15 you must pick one of these, I would use CFF
